Because of all of the valuable time we’ve spent creating the craft process, we’ve been able to capture that same performance much like the Fresh CHIPPERBECS have in the backs of many high level Chef’s kitchens.
Once again….it’s a simple process, yet a high performing result. Furthermore, the benefit of frozen is it can come straight out of the bag and into the fryer!
They fry nice and light color, crispy & crunchy outside texture, and fluffy mash inside. Even better there is very little oil absorption, leaving that potato taste right where you want it.
It’s a great ride for your palette full of taste, texture and flavor!
