Part III: Are they that fresh?
YES
We use our fresh potatoes directly out of storage and send them to the plant. From there they go through a VERY simple process and the same day put into a frozen state.
The simple and unique, small batch, craft process we use keeps them fresh and preserves them that way!
One point of clarity is there are NO PRESERVATIVES and NO ADDITIVES to keep the freshness.
The potatoes are that good that we can preserve that fresh flavor and performance in a simple frozen fry.
